Service Description

3-hour event support includes: On site: - Good Neighbor team members - Games and goodie bags (10x10 footprint with canopy, for outdoor use only) - Cotton candy and popcorn table (10x10 footprint with canopy, for outdoor use only) - Music: Speakers with a party playlist Advertising: - Radio commercials - Social media ads - Media partner influencer video Balloon Decoration: - 2 towers for store entrance - 5 floating bouquets for indoors TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Bookings must be made at least three weeks prior to the event date. EVENT FEE: A $250 fee will be charged to the store’s ASG account as a small contribution toward the overall production and value for the event ($6,000+ value). CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 10 business days of the start time are subject to a $350 cancellation fee, to be billed to the store’s ASG account. *** Larger outdoor games are available at an additional cost for events in parking lots.
